Stephanie L. Steele

ATTORNEY

Since moving to Marietta after law school in 2004, the majority of my experience has been in family and probate law and of that, I have spent a significant amount of time in the courtroom litigating.

In addition to divorce, alimony, asset and debt division, child custody and visitation, child support, adoption, guardianship, modification and appellate cases, I have also handled non-domestic civil litigation matters, real estate, and small business matters.  I have experience in preparing wills, nuptial agreements and have done many real estate title searches.

To achieve the best outcomes for my clients, I balance toughness, kindness and knowledge of the law and the judges.
